Moon Spirits
This painting is based on the priestesses that appear in Marion Zimmer-Bradley books, they are powerful & wise women, This painting started with the priestess alone wandering the hills, then as I was looking at the painting I could see the 'spirits' in my minds eye in the blobs of the paint, I took a risk & added them to the painting using white gouache to get the see-through effect
